As well as doing work of my college, I also do work for SLA, as you have previously seen on my blog, so below is some of the recent work I have been doing for them:

I finally finished my Final Major Project and all the work I have put in, I think Has payed off in my final outcomes.

Below is the finals for my client the band 'The Kairs' there Cd cover, back Cd cover and poster:

Cd Cover: I am pleased with because it simple with soft calming colours which identifies them as an indi band in my opinion.

The back Cd cover I kept the theme of the front cover and used a simple sans serif typeface to suit the theme of the design.

The poster above more or less has the front cover of the Cd on there because that is where I got my design from which still keeps within the theme of my designs with simple colours and the same typeface.

All in all I am happy with the designs I have produce, I hope you like them as well.

promoting the band 'The Kairs' I wanted photography of the band, so took it upon myself to go to one of there gigs to do that and have a few decent pictures you can have a look at but these are without been photoshopped:

I was inspired by other 3d type designs and decided to create my own for my FMP, here is my design.

I hav been researching into 3d type and have found a cool websites that display the other peoples designs.

While doing my current projects I have been updating my other projects like my type project and have improved my final design which is an optical illusion design as you can see below

.

At the moment I am currently doing my Final Major Project which gives you the chance to do a project on what ever you want, so I decided to promote and advertise the band, The Kairs. I have to design the logo, cd cover and booklet, a poster and a T-shirt, I will keep you updated with my designs for this project.
