stop motion animation
Today I had a lesson using a software called Istopmotion to create stop motion movies, and below we went in groups to create a your own short movie to get used to it, so we used toy figures to make a little scene as you can see below:
NEW PROJECT
The project I'm now on is called print pixel where we have to design 20 to 30 second animation to a soundtrack we are given, the processes I'll do on this project will be shown on future posts.

Paper Model
Final 3D paper model task 1
Primary research
Already looking at objects repeating in a circle like flowers, I decided to found similar styles around me.
Below is a picture of a sunrise which might influence me in my future designs because the bright burst of light some being longer than others gives a nice effect.
Below is a toilet brush... I took a picture of this because I like the continues repeat of lines going out from the circle.
Here is a bobble maybe it used to be a top of a hat but I took a picture of this from a continues line of string point out with look I'm going for.
Below is a photo of a fire alarm very similar to the other photo's because this also has lines moving out from a circle but this will also influence me in my future designs.

Flowers
I decided to look at different types of flowers to influence me in my repeated pattern designs, and looking at these images you can see the resemblance to my paper model designs:

My paper 3D model
Below is a 3d model I have created using a repeat of paper aeroplanes and in my opinion they had turned out quite well:

Richard Sweeney
Looking into paper 3d models, I researched into Richard sweeney who helped us in the paper workshops.
What strikes me the most about him is how he goes about creating his work, because he uses all different media's to influence him in creating 3d paper models. A good example of this is below, he uses ink and wax crayon to create the practise experiment on paper which impresses me as to how he makes that as a paper model, this will influence me to create more designs in the sketchbook.
